Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: March 2026

This page explains how to disconnect AdArchitech from your LinkedIn or Google account and how to request deletion of data we hold in connection with your use of AdArchitech. Our full policy is in our Privacy Policy.

1. Revoke access (LinkedIn)

To stop AdArchitech from accessing your LinkedIn data, revoke the application's permissions from your LinkedIn account:

  • Sign in to LinkedIn, open Settings & Privacy, and find Data privacy or Permitted services (wording may vary).
  • Remove or revoke access for the AdArchitech application. This stops future API access; it does not by itself delete historical data we may already hold—use the email request below if you need deletion on our side.

2. Revoke access (Google)

To stop AdArchitech from accessing your Google account data:

  • Open your Google Account third-party access page (or Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access).
  • Select AdArchitech and remove access. For deletion of data we store, email us as described below.

3. Request deletion by email

Send a message to tkanell@adarchitech.com with the subject line Data deletion request. Include:

  • The email address associated with your AdArchitech account.
  • Your organization or workspace name (if applicable).
  • Which connection(s) to remove: LinkedIn, Google, or both.
  • Any identifiers that help us locate your data (for example, ad account ID or campaign name), if you know them.

4. Identity verification

To protect your account, we may verify that the request comes from the account owner or an authorized administrator (for example, by confirming control of the registered email or other reasonable steps) before deleting or anonymizing data.

5. What we delete and what we may keep

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize your account-linked personal data and platform-derived data stored for the AdArchitech service, subject to the retention rules described in our Privacy Policy (including LinkedIn-specific caching windows).

We may retain certain records where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, or to enforce our agreements (for example, billing or audit logs with minimal personal data). Aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you may also be retained.

6. Processing time

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days of confirmation. Complex requests may take longer; we will notify you if we need additional time or information.
